I am deeply disappointed with these unprofessional staffs in this area...
Why? I found a client who's has a trauma experienced and didn't understanding of this person experienced where that staff couldn't understanding this person who have been through suffering times.
However, there's a mutual friends in this area who knowing other deaf community and gossips in work in unprofessional way.
None of non-deaf staff who has none got qualification of Standard by British Sign Language in clients needs of communication and knowledge of their needs.
So, a client has been complaining frequently about
