My mother in law went into the home in February 2020. Beautiful place, the facilities were the best we had seen in our search for care for her. The staff were excellent and until COVID-19 visiting was open
The day after she died we went to remove her personal belongings, we weren’t told that they would be lying in the car park and this distressed us. It looked an eviction not a death of our mother.
Our problems have been with the administration staff, not in the home but their head office. Next month will be a year since she died but monies owing to her estate are being held by the administration
