I was at Eleganza today, I SAID YES😍. I went on my own to chose my wedding dress, Laura was so nice and made me feel at ease as was so nervous being on my own! I can’t recommend enough! All the girls came up to me to say how amazing I looked and I didn’t feel alone💗. The place is phenomenal and I cannot wait to go back for the first fitting of my dress❤️

All team members were si attentive and friendly. Laura was looking after me personally and from what I believed were lots of ramblings as I had no idea what I wanted, I got 2 amazing dresses to choose from. Nothing was too much for any of the team and it was made to feel like such a special occasion, I can't wait to pick up my dress now

Yesterday I found THE dress of dreams ❤️ I cannot recommend the experience enough.. the staff are amazing inside and out! My stylist Ava was the kindest and most reassuring, I couldn’t have wished for more as this was a terrifying experience for me! Once again from the bottom of my heart, eleganza is the one 🤗

This was the first bridal shop I went to, which meant all subsequent places were marked against it. Most failed.
My mum and I were very warmly welcomed and, while I filled out a form explaining what I was after, my mum got a nice cuppa.
I was helped by a woman called Margaret, who was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable. For instance, I've had a few odd looks when I've told bridal people I won't be wearing big heels on my big day, but she wasn't phased. She was very competent and quickly sussed out my style. At no time did she make any comment about the actual dress
