Slades were great in selling our property and ensuring we secured the home we were after. Despite two sales falling through due to issues in the chain outside of Slades control they were excellent in keeping us up to speed and we were confident in their service to us. We primarily dealt with Dimi, but also Chris, both were very personable and professional. If we were to move again we would definitely use Slades and would recommend anyone else to do so also.

Thanks to Chris and Dimitri from Slades who did a fantastic job in supporting our house sale especially when we had to quickly re-market our property. Effectively they found us two acceptable buyers helping ensure we didn't lose our forward purchase. The support we then received throughout a lengthy conveyancing process was excellent with constant and timely communication and pro-active chasing throughout the chain. Chris and Dimitri's expert knowledge of the local market proved invaluable as their relationships with local solicitors and other estate agents helped move things along. We've no plans

Dimitri contacted us when we were unhappy with another estate agent, best decision we made. Dimitri and Chris got it on the market quickly, kept us up to date with all viewings and were able to sell the house for us when another estate agent had not been able too. Dimitri communicated with constantly during the sale and pushed all parties in the chain so we exchanged in good time.. Great service by all, Will 100% use again when selling.

Chris was across this whole deal - not only the sale for his client but also understanding the conveyancimg process and the "pinch points". He worked consistently in the best interests of all parties to ensure communication up and down the chain. He showed there is much more to the sales process than posting a picture and description on a website. Highly recommended.
