This was one of the best interviews ever. Quick and friendly.
Dan prepped me for the interview, he took his time during his own personal time which I really appreciate as it was difficult to communicate during office hours. Long story short - I got the job and I cant wait to start.

I normally dislike agencies as I feel they just have a quota to fill but with Danny, it just felt different. He told me exactly what the business was looking for to help with my interview preps and made sure the role was well suited to my skills and experience.
This is the one agency that I have dealt with that has kept me updated every step of the way. If only all agencies were like this!

Danny from transaction recruitment has been a pleasure to work with. He ensured that I knew what I needed to focus on during the interview and really listened to understand what I was looking for in my next role. Some recruiters will have a conversation with you and leave it at that however between Danny and I we've had numerous conversations whether it's getting feedback, preparing for an interview Danny has always been helpful showing that he's willing to engage with candidates and showing that he will go above and beyond for people. Danny has been top class throughout the whole process of changing jobs. From initially scoping me out about the role, to giving me the space to weigh it up, then through a very patient waiting game until the interviews, and finally giving me the support and confidence to go for it and get the job. All through Danny was there to help and advise, but also to challenge me to be absolutely certain that the role was right for me, which is a welcome change. No hard sell, no pushing me forwards before I was ready, so both I and he could have the confidence to know I was going for the job in the best possible

I would highly recommend Transaction recruitment. Danny identified a great match for me and was always in contact. Throughout he genuinely wanted to ensure that I thought the role was a good fit. At no point did I ever feel pressured to take the role. In fact Danny was quite the opposite. His main thought process was to ensure I was happy with everything. I was lucky enough to secure the role and Danny helped me through negotiation of salary also.
