The White Hart is a traditional country pub restaurant with a wealth of character and a warm welcome. Run by Geoff and his team for over 17 years, this rustic gem boasts honest food from the finest ingredients. Hackleton was in 1066 in the possession of the Bishop of Constance passing through the hands of Turgis de Quinton, of the Duke of Buckingham and of Queen Elizabeth I's minister, Thomas Cromwell to Lord Overstone.
Gorgeous quality pub food, excellent service & choice. We visited this pub having left our hotel up the road (The French Partridge) due to poor food choices. We were visiting relatives in the area and popped in here. The smell of great food wafting down the street was beyond tempting and we were delighted that we went in.
