Services
Guests can be found relaxing in the comfy lounge of our family friendly hotel at all hours of the day and night, such is the feeling of homeliness here - perhaps because The Old Manor Hotel was built as a private residence and remained so until 1949, when it first became a hotel.

When Alistair and Judy Saddler bought the hotel back in 2010, they were inspired by the expansive panoramic view across the Firth of Forth and the urge to sit down, relax and gaze out over the golf course to the sea beyond.
We are delighted to offer vouchers to the value of 25, 50 and 100. If you would like a voucher for another amount please give us a call on 01333 320368 and we will arrange it. Your voucher will be posted out to you within 48 hours. The address we will use is the one registered on your PayPal account if you are paying with this method.
With 23 first class rooms and suites on offer, you can choose the style and the view that makes your stay most enjoyable. Make the most of your surroundings by bagging one of the sea view rooms, with a private balcony and outdoor seating - so you can keep an eye on the golf or just enjoy the peace and the fresh sea air.
Our modern Standard rooms at The Old Manor Hotel all provide luxury en-suite accommodation with the choice of a double bed or two single beds. You can relax in the comfortable rooms and enjoy the facilities, before heading downstairs to the restaurant or bar to wine and dine. Our standard rooms are situated at the front of the hotel, and don't have views of the sea.
Feel like spoiling yourself on your night away from home? Book our luxury accommodation with sea views, each room individually and tastefully designed to a high standard. Most have balconies for sitting out, and all boast wonderful views out over the golf course and beyond across the Firth of Forth to the Lothian hills in the distance.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and all staff so friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast for 2 days. It was also, a special birthday of mine and the chef made a lovely happy birthday plate with chocolates which was a lovely surprise to. Our room had a great view of golf course and The Forth. However, no glasses or water provided, a bath mat would have been good but wasn't provided also, for a 4* hotel the tiles in bathroom should have been touched up as with the bedroom carpet needs updating. The rest of hotel was nice but looking a bit tired for a 4* establishment

We had high tea, and it was very good indeed. Fish and chips accompanied by coffee and toast, followed by scones with cream and jam, and a plate of cakes. Absolutely delicious!
Lovely views from the restaurant across the Firth of Forth; pleasant atmosphere, and very friendly and attentive service.
As my granny used to say: "my, that was a proper treat"!

Disgusting service called and was told we would have a room available turned up and waited in reception (which wasn't maned and no way of contacting anyone) for over 15 mins. I wouldn't waste your time! I will never visit here again!

Our stay at Old Manor Hotel was outstanding. We were generously upgraded( nice surprise) to a large, beautiful room with a deck overlooking the golf course and the Firth of Forth. Much to our surprise, our reservation had a glitch and we found out we were booked for only 1 instead of 2 nights. Mo, the manager, was more than gracious. They had no availability for us to extend our stay but she and her staff worked to make sure we had lovely accommodations elsewhere on night 2. While we were there, everything was perfect. Need ice? Delivered in an instant. Dinner and breakfast in their dining room
