Fantastic service from Ballards from start to finish. The removal team where just outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they where very helpful. When I asked the answer was always ‘that what we are here for’.

Ballards did a phenomenal job moving my nearly 80 year old Mum today. The guys were so friendly and made a stressful day much easier. They had the van loaded by 11:00 am and unloading was even quicker. Nothing was broken. All very stress free. I can’t thank you enough for all your professionalism from the minute my Mum first enquired to the moment she signed the last of the paperwork on moving day. Superb Job! I've always moved myself but the years are starting to get the better of me. I needed a short notice move to temporary accommodation whilst work is being carried out on our own home, so contacted Ballards who were able to accommodate me.
What a team they sent, Dave and Ian were absolute heroes. Polite, professional, efficient , speedy, thorough . Nothing was too much for them and they really helped reduce the trauma of the day for myself and my wife. They were so supportive.

The best moving experience by far!! From packing the day before by Pete and Sadie to the actual move itself.
