Services
We are not tied to any product providers which means that we are free to consider the whole of the market on behalf of our clients. The first meeting, usually less than an hour, is at our expense. Thereafter, we will agree a fee for the advice that we give for the work undertaken in line with our Client Agreement Letter.
The Company has in place a "Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)" policy as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority as part of their strategy for consumers. As a regulated firm, we fully subscribe to this and consider it an integral part of our business.
