I had some flowers delivered on my Christmas eve birthday. So beautiful, with jewels in the centre of some of the flowers. Even better, they were already arranged in a lovely vase. A week down the line they… still look amazingly fresh. In fact I started wondering if they were actually real flowers. I have under floor heating and flowers don't usually last long in my lounge area. Certainly would recommend Flores Boutique and not hesitate to use them myself.

I recently asked this lovely lady at very very short notice to do me a very personal wreath for a funeral… the end result that was produced in 24 hours far exceeded mine and my partners expectations. The wreath was absolutely stunning and I couldn’t thank this wonderful lady enough. I would definitely highly recommend.

I contacted the florist prior to ordering to make sure they would be able to deliver mothers day as I knew it would be busy. I was categorically told by text " Yes we can if it's in Luton" which it was. I thought great and proceeded to order. Sadly the flowers turned up 2 days after mothers day with no response to my messages when I asked where they were the following day. Very disappointing - would never have ordered if I knew it was going to be 2 days late,

I contacted Betty the afternoon before if she could produce a unusual flower arrangement for me. The one I wanted had orchid flowers in it and Betty first said she did not have any in stock but could do something similar which I was very happy with. When I went to collect it Betty had gone to the great effort of obtaining orchids to put into the arrangement. She did this at such short notice. The flowers were beautiful and were received wonderfully. The whole service provided by Betty was personal and could not be faulted. Betty thank you so so much and I most certainly will be back!

5 stars plus more. Excellent service from Betty. Its my father 17th anniversary of his passing and I was stuck at work unable to get to a flower shop. On the off chance I rang Betty after finding her on Google, it was last minute and she did not disappoint. The flowers were amazing, all flowers healthy and beautifully presented. My nanny absolutely loved them, she gets flowers on a daily basis and was shocked at how amazing her bunch was and plans to buy from betty. This was our first experience with Betty. Betty has an absolutely amazing way to communicate, very warm and embracing. The flowers for my fathers funeral were beautiful, a fantastic arrangement. Whilst I collected the flowers I saw some of Betty’s other arrangements which were also beautiful. I will definitely be using Betty for any future flower orders I have.
