Originally placed an order for a conplete roof kit coming in at approx £800. The rubber roof itself came on a DPD van in what can only be described as a unravelled toilet roll style weighing in excess of 100kg, no attempt made to deliver on a roll of some description to aid the unloading. Incredibly difficult to handle and the poor DPD driver was expected to unload that mess.
Eventually we managed to lay it out flat on the garden and roll around a 5m length of timber.
It soon became very obvious they had sent a much wider roof than ordered, great you'd think but this stuff is very heavy. We

I ordered a rubber roof last tuesday and I have still not received it i have spoken to them no end of times they keep giving me knew delivery dates and they was also supposed to call me this I haven't received no phones or email replies do not use them I have an extension with no roof lucky with had had good weather

Order didn't arrive. Called 5 times to find out why. No one called back. They investigated. I asked for refund. Turns out it was two streets away. I collected it and called for them to collect from my address. They promised a collection from my address. It didn't get collected. The 'free' kit was in complete and the adhesive is still missing. No small issue as the 'rubba 'was 63KG and is still sitting on my drive. Swerve this company, there are others offering the same, and hopefully better service
