Do not go with The Maltings if you expect to see your full deposit back. Lovely and helpful throughout my nearly 3 years and then used any excuse to get me to foot a cleaning bill out of my deposit, after me chasing them for my deposit for weeks. Unprofessional, offensive and upsetting experience. Before I recommended The Maltings but not I would not go near them at all. No respect for their clients just after the money sadly.

Was with them for 6years. While most reported issues were dealt with swiftly when the tenancy came to a end that is when the problems started. We left the property in better shape than we found it. Yet they tried to justify not giving us our deposit back for stuff like the grass needed cutting in December? They then sent pictures which proved it didn’t. During our 6years I would call and speak to someone and they would sort things and call me back and was very good at communicating. Don't believe a word they tell you.
Wouldn't let me make an application without physically viewing the property twice to pick a specific flat (even though every flat is exactly the same?!). After I chose a flat on my second viewing and put forward my application, I was told not to do anything further while they 'made enquiries' about the Council Tax band (which some bright spark had 'miswrote' on their website).
I rang back a day later and this daft-sounding lass told me that they had sold my flat to someone else and if I wanted to make an application I'd need to book a third viewing. Apparently

Staff are so Rude!! Spoke to Kim road's about a property. she didn't get back to me. so I called her back when I called her back she was so rude and unprofeshinal!! And said we are bizzy you no. Hu. She seems verry common and rude wouldent deal with this one no good for eney buissness. Lost my custom!

As someone who is massively time sensitive and always traveling it’s so frustrating to deal with many estate agents, who do not know anything about properties they list or worse give you wrong information!!!
This by far is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with , efficient always replies to emails and promptly makes life so much easier as moving or listing a property can be so stressful I would only use this team in the future!!!!

Do not rent through this agency, the flats are in poor condition, and the owner does not care about giving the tenants good quality of life in the flats they rent. The pictures are from my previous flat, environmental services were involved and still they did not do anything about the poor conditions I was living. I could say a lot more but the pictures speak for itself.
