We are successfully placing high quality personnel from trainee to director level throughout the UK, and have been doing so since 1988.
Property Personnel was established by its owner and managing director, Anthony Hesse, in 1988. Before this date, recruitment agencies specialising in estate agency simply didn't exist. By breaking new ground, therefore, our objective was to provide a much-needed service that was to involve us becoming one of the most successful suppliers of quality staff to the residential estate agency industry.
I have spent over 30 years now running Property Personnel and I am extremely proud of the high standards that we set every day, and also of the reputation we have built over the years for honesty and integrity. As a recruitment consultancy, we are only as good as the team working here and I firmly believe ours is among the best in this industry.

I cant thank Charlotte from Property Personnel enough for helping me secure a career! I came to her with little experience in this industry but from the very first interview through to the final one, Charlotte has helped me with preparation and kept in regular contact to see how I was getting on. Such a wonderful company and a special thanks to Charlotte! I was offered a position with my previous company and they let me go after 3 weeks due to a lack of business. I was informed on a Friday, reached out to Charlotte the next Monday and was offered a permanent full time role on Tuesday.
