I was enquiring about mortgage rates and was contacted by Callum Rothwell. The initial service was prompt and pleasant however upon informing Callum that I am trying to educate myself on mortgages and have therefore spoken to other brokers, I was told that he did not want to "waste his time" carrying on with the conversation and would send me an email where he wanted me to provide him with details of quotes already gained. Not to my surprise, Callum did not email me so I emailed him saying I apologise if he felt like his time was being wasted but I would really appreciate his help. He replied to

Used Taylormade 2 years ago & they were excellent. However just applied for a remortgage I wasn't happy with the survey valuation, when I asked why the valuation was so low compared to other valuations I'd had I couldn't get a straight answer. I then had to ask 5 times to withdraw my application. They don't want to provide a service, they just want their commission.

I can’t recommend him enough, he’s straight to the point and offers really good advice.
Mortgages, life insurance, wills etc are not something I invest a lot of headspace in and having someone we trust to review these areas has been really appreciated.
