When putting your property on the market it is the landlord/current tenant's responsibility to prepare an Energy Performance Certificate for the property. Failure to do so can result in a a fine. A lease plan needs to be provided for any lease of 7 years or longer, but is also useful on all leases and sales as it clearly defines the boundaries of the property that you are selling/letting.

Awful property management services - for more than 2 months delayed in providing extra keys for the building. Cleaners also unable to access the building because keys don't work. Have been told they were sent on the post, but when asked for tracking number, discourse changes and now the keys are yet to be arranged . Haven't been able to provide receipts up to this date for the services provided last yer.

We recently retained Land Commercial's services for a development site appraisal, building survey and schedule of works, they dealt with the matter efficiently and we were very happy with the reports. We have subsequently had to go back with further questions and they were happy to help at no extra cost. We will be using their services in the future and I'd highly recommend them.

I got recommended to Land Commercial by a friend of mine and what I really liked was that I could always speak to someone. I got sick of calling agents and being told that no one can help you or they are out on appointments. Land Commercial assigned the lease on my shop and got me a premium as well.
