I wanted to understand whether our pension plans were sufficient and what the implications would be of working part time to strike a better work/life balance now. James took time to understand our bigger goals and aspirations; he was careful to play back his understanding and to give us options to think through together. I feel so much more reassured and better able to make decisions about our finances now. Frazer James were responsive and active on our behalf, but also worked around our timetable. A really positive experience.

I found Frazer James by searching Google for Financial Advisors, and was impressed by their web site which is clear and concise with an immediate response from Chris on the web chat function. We have had some great initial phone meetings with James and Chris who have been absolutely fantastic in answering our queries. These gentlemen have explained things in a clear and easy to understand manner, which has been really welcome for a layman trying to navigate the pensions minefield. At last I have someone to hold my hand as I take the retirement plunge .

I contacted Frazer James in May 2020 to review my pension arrangements at a relatively late period of my working life, where there was a lot of uncertainty regarding future career opportunity, income potential etc..
I am very pleased that I did so. James really took the time to listen and explain, helping me come to conclusions around pension options and my future thinking; his advice was both informed and clear. James, James and Chris provided an excellent service - they took us all the way from knowing nothing about our pensions to really getting to grips with all our options and we now both eel much more comfortable about what's going on and the decisions we've made. Our heads are no longer buried in the sand which is a great feeling and we will almost definitely make the money back that we spent on their services thanks to the advice they provided. We would not hesitate in recommending them.
