Services
This is an ancient Indian technique of hair removal. Using 100% cotton thread, which is held taut by the hands and mouth to removing hair directly from the roots to give a smoother and clean finish to the skin. This hair removal process works on all hair and skin types. Using this technique on your eyebrows allows you to define the shape of your eyebrows, giving a beautiful shape and curve to suit your face structure.
Please note after your waxing treatment some slight soreness, small bumps and redness are common and perfectly normal temporary reactions, particularly if this is your first waxing. These symptoms should subside over the next 48 hours depending on the sensitivity of your skin. If you experience persistent redness or irritation after 48 hours please contact us.
Prices are per session. A minimum of 6 sessions are recommended for best results, single sessions are available to maintain results. Diode Laser works up to 5mm below the skin, using up to 3 different wavelengths making it suitable for all skin types and most hair types.

So very disappointed with my last visit to the salon I’ve been going to hemaxi for years so was a little disappointed with the last service I received. I managed to get a last minute appointment thankfully I was the only customer the salon. I think it was the manager and a trainee that was there and the trainee was doing my waxing. Unfortunately this is where it all went downhill. The trainee was very inexperienced and the manager was watching over her, so not only were there two people watching over me in this tiny room but the trainee was not very good. I had my underarm and a Hollywood wax

Great service.. the only thing I would say is the treatment rooms need to be a bit bigger... fine for the client but the ladies haven't much room to get around and have to lean over but I would definitely use them again... thank you Hemaxi

I didn’t even get to the salon and I had a bad experience. I’ve seen previous reviews about a man behind the till and I think my experience was with that same man. I rang up to book a hair cut with my fabyoulessapp (this app gives you 25% of) the man I was on the phone to said that, that specific branch did not do it. On the app all of the Hexami beauty stores had that discount. So I told him that it is on the app and he replied with it shouldn’t be and then he said that you can only do certain treatments and hair was not on that list of discounts. Which we cut the phone and I checked and

It was my first time using this salon, I had booked for waxing. Luckily they had appointment for the same day, it was last Saturday. When I came there, Rupinder was the one that was doing my wax. I can't even enough recommend her. I been to so many salons before, but the way she was doing her job I was amazed! She took her time and was so kind to me, asking me if I was alright. And it was the best result! I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

Went to them a couple of months prior to lockdown for my hair , I had a hair consultation myself and the hairdresser agreed on a price which was based on what I was having done .
I don’t have no issues with the hairdresser my issue lies with the managers husband who was behind the desk that day and started doubling the price for what I had done , shocking that someone who owns three branches can’t simply calculate and is lacking basic mathematical skills .
My advice to you as a salon is that if you have hired a hairstylist the prices she gives out to the clients is between her
