In 1996 the government passed a new law that all landlords who rent out property, must have all gas appliances and pipe work checked annually (every 12 months) and must have a certificate to prove it.

Although most of our work is done on a price following from a free quotation we understand that sometimes transparent hourly pricing is preferred.
