New for 2021, you have now a way to book your mot or service 24/7 online. This will show up directly on to our work schedule calendar of our new garage management system and secure your booking. For multiple items just make one booking and add any extras in the additional notes. Also if you wish to wait on site, please add this to the notes.
Is your car in need of a service? Here at Cole & Miller Automotives Ltd our fully qualified technicians will give your car a thorough inspection, as well as changing the necessary oils and filters due on your particular service. We service all makes of car and light commercial vehicles from smart cars to large transit vans.
Any work that is needed can be fixed on site but if you wish to take it elsewhere for repairs you will still get a free retest (subject to DVSA regulations). Under the current system, 27.48 million vehicles took the MOT test last year and 4 out of 10 of them were found to be unroadworthy when examined.
All vehicle's manufactured since 1999 are controlled by an onboard computer, which is known as the Engine Control Unit (ECU). The ECU controls a multitude of different engine functions such as ignition timing, fuelling and turbo boost pressure.
Within this computer a file stores the manufacturers settings that have been fixed to allow for build tolerances into their engines and to comply with emission targets, cope with sub-standard fuels found in some countries, operate in areas with extreme environments and allow for some owners irregular service standards and intervals.

Our all new 4 wheel alignment system allows us to keep your wheels in a straight ahead position. It is fully computerised with a data base that covers most manufacturers alignment specifications and 3D camaras to pick up all 4 of your wheel positions, which makes this very accurate.
Wheel alignment has changed over the years, with more and more manufacturers now fitting fully adjustable suspension systems to aid differing road conditions and vehicle ride heights on varying vehicle models as apposed to older systems that were fixed in one position and front wheel alignment (tracking) was the only adjustment that could be altered.

My first experience as a customer was booking in for 12:00 mot which I was told I could have done while I waited.
Arrived at 11:50 and was told the tester had just started another mot so I would have to come back in 45 minutes.
I don't want to waste an hour and a half on false bookings. Cannot recommend

I was really hoping this would be my new favourite garage to come to but probably will not visit again, went in for an mot and when it was done, I wasn’t rung to be told so, I had to walk in and find out myself, then for my mot retest the same thing but it was ready for over 30minutes, waste of my time waiting, also have asked for a price off a job 3-4 times now and been told I’ll get a call or an email and never received anything, maybe they only look for certain customers but I was not treated well, the only good thing was the low labour prices...

BY FAR, THE MOST honest, genuine and fairly priced garage I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. The people genuinely try and help you as a person, rather than ripping you off. Have been using for years and will continue to do so. The people are friendly and don’t just look at you as another customer, but almost a member of their family.

Wasn't very impressed with their service.
Booked car in on A Saturday heard nothing after closing time so I went down and my car is still there unserviced..
Asked Darren to at least repair the slow puncture as I do minimum 5/600 miles a week, when I did get it and was driving away the electric switch for the window was snapped off.!!
Not very professional as denied it was them that broke it.

Trust me when I say this is the place to get your car troubles sorted. Excellent service, reasonable prices and best of all completely honest. I had to have my POS fiesta recovered twice now and both times I had it taken straight to Cole & Miller. Few days later.... Boom fixed!! Thanks guys I'll be using you for all my car needs from now on.
