This means we are able to form a close relationship with our customers - helping us to build them a sustainable, healthy IT system.

The Hounslow Chamber of Commerce has named us Business of the Year for 2015 on top of our second consecutive title of Best SME. We are always there to help with your problems. We don't put you into automatic queues and we guarantee fast response times. All of our staff are trained in their area, whether they are Microsoft certified engineers or dedicated account managers.
We have helped numerous small to medium-sized businesses in London with their IT Support and IT projects. Since 2002 we have established ourselves as a reliable and cost-effective supplier of IT Services, IT Support and Telephony. Based in West London, we have grown steadily from just two engineers to almost 30 members of staff.

We have used Online Support Computing as our outsourced IT service for many years and have always found the whole team to be professional, responsive, friendly and helpful.

Gavyn and his team have always acted with complete professionalism and have responded to any query, big or small, with courtesy and respect. They understand that most of the time we are needing assistance urgently and never fail to react quickly. Best of all, they are easy to contact, there is no unnecessary middle man to deal with first and they speak our, non technical language!
