The shop has a wide selection of carpets with all different types of quality & ranges to show you. The ranges of carpets we have in the shop include, Adams, Brockways, Axminster, Fells, Louis De Poortere, Penthouse, Cormar, Elements of London, Alternative Flooring, Victoria Carpets & many more. It's popular to have a stripe carpet to the stairway either fully fitted or laid as a runner.

We have a large range of stair rods to choose from (hollow and solid). Stripe carpet looks fantastic on a straight flight of stairs. As well as carpets we also supply and install Laminate Flooring form Quick Step and Luxury Vinyl Tiles from Karndean. We are a family run business established since 2000, with over 20 years of flooring experience.

Mayplace Carpets Ltd has been at this location and trading for over 20 years. We are a family run business and have experienced fitters with over 25 years in the trade. Most of our work is taken on by recommendation from customer to customer. We also do work for local schools, churches, care homes, doctors, dentists & building companies.

We had our hall and stair carpet fitted in March which we were thrilled to bits with. Then last week our puppy decided to 'eat' the bottom step! Remember when you dealt with people, not call centres and those people were local and owned their own business, well thats Mayplace carpets! They call you when they say they will, they turn up when they say they will and do a wonderful job. We had the whole upstairs done , looks great and the service has been top notch from start to finish.

Recently had new flooring in kitchen and carpet on stairs and bedrooms.
Very satisfied with service in the shop. Good helpfull advice. Fitters arrived on time and didn't stop till job was done. Cleaned up well before leaving. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone. Good prices as well.

I used mayplace carpets to lay carpet in the lounge/stairs and to fit karndean to the hallway/kitchen. Really impressed with the product, install and aftercare - the team (especially the fitters) were great and seemed to know their trade, would highly recommend.
