Based in Bangor, we specialise in new roofing with everything from the finest slates in production straight from quarries based here in Gwynedd, to the more competitively priced slates and tiles from Spain and Canada. Spoke to Tony first then his son Darren. I asked for a quote for a new roof Darren said he would come and see me over the weekend. It was a 'No show'. No explanation or request for a new appointment. Really fed up of contractors that say they turn up and then don't.

Can't recommend Gallagher Roofing enough. Real experts at what they do - an old family business, big enough to have the availability, all the matching reclaimed slate, and a meaningful warranty. but small enough that nothing is too much trouble. We had an entire roof repaired/replaced with them, including chimney repairs. They also installed a couple of Velux windows and sorted out some internal work e.g. plastering the areas inside.
