The Will Company was formed in 1995 by Stephen and Tracey Oliver. At the time, Stephen was a Financial Adviser and found it difficult to find a Will writing service that met his needs for his clients. Stephen understood estate protection planning and could deliver good service standards. He wanted to dovetail the Will instruction taking and drafting into his appointment time with his clients and this was sadly lacking in the marketplace.
If you had died yesterday, who would be sitting around the table planning what to do next? Who would call who? Would they know where to find all the forms, accounts and details needed to be able to resolve your estate? The need for a Will is far reaching and makes it much easier for those left behind, compared to not having one.
Our Will writing service is designed to support the Introducer and their clients. Estate Protection Trust Wills are for those wishing to maximise the use of their tax allowances, ring-fence their estate from creditors or social impact events such as divorce of children and your clients' local authority seizing control.
