The team at Marvel have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They've been so patient with me, helped me every second of everyday and not told me to bugger off once. I changed things after planning them for weeks, I felt I was a serious pain in the bottom. But their professionalism and consistency shone through aswel as patience with me!
I cannot recommend them enough and I'm extremely happy we was recommend them.

I've had the same negative experience as others have mentioned. A very poor service and a huge cost with no improvement to my online business. It also looks like the positive reviews are from people who actually work for them or friends of the owner as they only seem to be added when someone is honest enough to speak out about what they are reallly like.
Goggle should remove these reviews due to manipulation.
Worth looking around for other marketing agencies, we are now working with another local one who are honest and clear on how they work so don’t fall for their ‘creative ideas’ and

Came along to the free social media workshop in September. The workshop was fab as all our individual goals for the session were covered. No sales pressure and lots of help finding free tools for sole traders. Would definitely recommend. As a small business myself I have used them for marketing materials also.

We approached Marvel to help us with a new logo, business cards, leaflets and a new website. Wayne and the team were great, a special mention to the designer..we love the new logo! Marvel were professional, approachable and helpful throughout the whole process and also very reasonably priced. We will be using them for future projects and highly recommend them. Very disappointed with the service Marvel try and offer.
We have had a very similar experience that Tom had (Marvel review) where they try and sell you this ‘complete Marvel package’.
Their services are outsourced which is never made clear and on our first and ONLY meeting I was told what was wrong with my company and how I needed to rebrand it all in order for it to be a success.
Their very aggressive and demanding approach put us off and I’m so glad I took our business elsewhere as the results have been brilliant!
Think twice before approaching.
