I seen a 3 piece suit on the website for my husband on Saturday and I phoned ahead to the store in Liverpool to see did they have this style in stock to look at and maybe try on before we buy. The member of staff was very helpful and told me he did. When we arrived my first impression was very welcoming the suit was put aside for my husband to try on and the staff was extremely helpful. We was very impressed with the style and quality of the suit that we placed an order in store that day with sizes that we requested. The member of staff said he would have to suit delivered by Monday morning and

Extremely poor service on online. I ordered shoes which were suppose to come in a week and with shoe trees. In the end they arrived after 2 weeks and without shoe trees. When I asked them to be delivered, i was told that they are out of stock on shoe trees. Is this the way to keep the customer commitment?
