We had 8 bouquets, 2 flower girl hoops, and 12 button holes for our wedding which were all absolutely beautiful, along with the 3 gift bouquets we had ordered. Flowers were on time, organised well and have lasted really well. They were exactly what I had hoped for. Would recommend for wedding flowers and general bouquets.

Very bad customer service, no smily face and no welcoming at all! yesterday morning I wanted to buy a single rose flower for my wife from this shope but she keeped me to wait for more than 30 mnts and there was only one young lady front of me, when the lady been served she notes that I'm still waiting to be serve but purposely she didn't come to me. Sadly I left!

This fantastic florist has saved our bacon on numerous occasions and has arranged a few last minute deliveries for us when we've been unorganised and forgotten to order birthday and mother's day flowers etc. They are always so helpful and our mum has always been over the moon with the flowers she's received, every time. That is why I keep coming back time after time as I know they are so good at what they do. Today (last minute as usual) I phoned them today to ask if they could do a same day delivery and within about three hours the flowers had been delivered. Thank you for saving our necks once

Really disappointing experience. Ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day, but was waiting all day and they never arrived. Worse still, they didn't even make any attempt to contact me to explain the situation or apologise afterwards. I ordered the flowers five days in advance, if they'd just let me know there was an issue with delivery I could have come and picked them up myself. Basically, don't order anything here if you need to be sure that it will actually arrive. Not the level of service you expect when you spend half a hundo on flowers!

The Bouquets from Flower Emporium are simply stunning, Even when certain flowers may not be available the staff are super friendly and alternatives chosen are still show stoppers! I received this lovely Bouquet for valentines day and had to say thank you for your beautiful work! So i would highly recommended anyone wanting an imaginative bouquet to look no further.

Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday from my sister. I opened the door and thought wow they are beautiful. I had no idea they were coming and heard a knock at the door. The service is of very high standard and very friendly delivery service. This has truly made my birthday even more special. If you want a bespoke bouquet I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this florist. Very professional with some lovely touches. Thankyou for my beautiful bouquet xx

Ordered flower's, and they delivered will give them 5* for timely delivery but unfortunately, will never use them nor recommend any one- the flowers were not only hideous but were put together as substitutes as they had nothing in stock- surely a company should not take an order if they cant fulfil.. a courtesy call would be good to advise, when i called to complain she gave me her business mathematics on how much she spends - commision and delivery so a paying for a £50 handheld means i only get £25 worth of flowers... that to me does not sound like value for money its good business for them

We would highly recommend this flower shop-Absolute first class service from the Flower Emporium. They did the flowers for our daughters wedding and the flower order was not straightforward. However everything was perfect from initial ordering to delivery. They were very helpful and professional from beginning to end. The flowers were beautiful ! A very professional service. We were delighted with the service we received. A huge Thank You to Michael and his team-you helped make our daughter's big day very special.
