Services
Residential care is often chosen by older people and their families when living at home may be lonely or the chores of daily living may be becoming too difficult to manage. Our approach to providing residential care is to improve the quality of life for our residents by creating lovely, comfortable, homely surroundings, and planning care, activities and other services around each and every resident's needs and wishes.
Respite, or short stay care, is provided at all UV Caregroup homes for those residents who do not require longer term care. A short term stay may be needed for a period of convalescence after an operation, accident or illness, or because the resident's usual carer is on holiday or a short break.
It is not unusual for short stays to be repeated, and often our respite residents decide to stay for the longer term once they have experienced life at a UV Caregroup home. Our approach to respite care is as rigorous as for our longer term residents.

The incidence of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia are increasing, which is why every UV Caregroup home specialises in this area, providing 24 hour specialist care for our residents who are living with dementia. Our care staff understand the different types of dementia well through the training we provide.
At Treetops Care Home, we strive to offer the best of the best in terms of cuisine. Not only is good nutrition and hydration essential to health, the enjoyment of freshly prepared meals also assists with the physical and mental well-being of our residents. Every UV Caregroup home has a fully trained head chef and catering staff, providing locally sourced fresh seasonal food, suitable for the individual dietary needs of each of our residents.
