You never really find out how good a business is until you have a problem, and I'm pleased to say that when I encountered one I discovered that Blueprint's after sales service is just as outstanding as their workmanship and value for money was when I initially purchased my wardrobes.
Several years after they were installed I had a small issue with a piece of laminate coming away slightly. I phoned up and enquired if anything could be done about it and the team went above and beyond to rectify it for me, not just repairing but replacing the part, without fuss and with minimum inconvenience to me

Absolutely brilliant ! The experience of buying bespoke furniture from Blueprint was superb. We had an idea of what we wanted for lounge cabinets and shelves but couldn't find anything in the furniture shops that came close to what we were looking for. Helen from Blueprint came out to us for an initial design consultation and came up with some great ideas and then in a few days produced a visual design which she sent to us to review. We then changed elements of the design a few times as we thought about it. Helen was really flexible and responsive and each time she came back promptly with a fresh

Blueprint did an amazing job from designing to building , to fiiting a study with cabinets, drawers, filing cabinets and shelves. In design nothing was too much trouble and end up with the perfect study for us. In the end went for heritage green with oak and cooper handles which looks great.
Mark and his team of fitters did a marvelous job and left no mess. i would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Blueprint from start to finish. The design process was very smooth and the team listened carefully to our requirements. On the day itself the fitters were very professional and got the job done with no mess or concerns; and I couldn’t even offer them tea due to Covid! We are very pleased with our bespoke fitted unit and would definitely recommend.

Although the reviews on this company are very good, i wasn't so impressed. Perhaps in part due to my not really knowing what I wanted by way of fitted furniture in my study and the fact that I was rather put off by the lady who called round to do the measuring, etc. She didn't give me any ideas to speak of and seemed disinterested, as though her mind was on other things. She told me it would be about two weeks before I would receive a plan but | never received this. I finally found an email address for them and sent a picture over e.g. an example of what I would like. I never received an acknowledgement
