Their replied prompted me to send another review by my wifes account. I am NOT a tenant of parkstone letting agent. If your tenants are leaving properties in a disgusting state maybe you need to take care of who you let your properties this is prime example of you do not care about landlords and what people you let into their property. I for your information am a neighbour and know the landlord personally.
