Acorn Floor Sanding was founded towards the end of 2009, by the company's CEO; Gary Dawes. Shortly after Mike and Chris, became the foundations of the Cardiff Branch, and began delivering exceptional dust-free floor sanding to the residents in and around Cardiff.

Turned up when they said they would to give an estimate but declined to quote saying we would need a carpenter to repair some boards and fill the gaps. I was sorry to have wasted their time; I had selected them as their website said they could restore and repair floors prior to sanding but apparently ours was just too bad.

Terrible customer service experience from what initially appeared as a professional outfit.
Having arranged for an appointment to conduct a quote a week in advance and confirmed the appointment the day before, I was dismayed to receive a phone call 20mins after the arranged time telling us they were going to have to "come later". When it was explained that we had other plans and that that wasn't going to be possible, the childish response was a disgruntled "fine, I'm not coming then" and hung up.
This is not the behaviour I would expect from a professional company and such a truculent attitude
