Established in 1980 in the city of London by Jimmie Brown, Brown McLeod Ltd began as a small firm, mainly advising overseas companies and non-domiciled individuals on tax and accounting issues in the UK and Worldwide. To this day, we still retain a large portfolio of overseas clients at our offices in Sheffield and London.
Brown McLeod Chartered Accountants provide a complete accounting service for all your needs. The team have extensive experience across a range of industries and have provided professional and friendly services to thousands of businesses - big and small. Our motto is "once a Brown McLeod client, always a Brown McLeod client", and our strong ethos is in putting our client's needs first and being flexible and fair in our approach to all of our work.
Since 1985, Brown McLeod Ltd operated from our sizeable Clarkegrove Road, Sheffield Head Office, growing our accountancy practice across a broad range of industries and sectors. As our business has continued to grow, and our teams develop and multiply, we have continually extended our building to accommodate new staff.
Brown McLeod Ltd's directors and key staff spend a great deal of time in the capital, looking after the needs of our London and Home Counties-based clients. With a large proportion of Brown McLeod Ltd's clients operating in the Entertainment industry, it's a practical necessity to have a central London base.
We have assisted several of our larger clients to successfully sell their business enterprises both to outside third-parties and internally by way of management buyouts and can advise on both acquisitions as well as disposals, performing due diligence work, liaising with solicitors and identifying suitable sources of external finance.
