Greenway Kindergarten has over 70 years experience of delivering high quality Pre-School education to children aged 2-5 years old. We are a family run Pre-School based in Woodford Green.

Services
Our Supervisors: qualified to NVQ level 3, first aid trained, responsible for important roles within the nursery. Our Staff: The Supervisors are fully supported by qualified and experienced staff, including a high proportion of level 3 and level 2 practitioners.
We have 3 qualified first aiders permanently in attendance as well as 2 Safeguarding Officers, Behaviour Management officer, Health and Safety Officers, Food Hygiene, Equality Officer, Fire Marshall plus many other curriculum responsibilities.Each child's Key Person will work closely with parents or carers, informing them of their child's progress and achievements, discussing future plans and objectives together.

Lunch Club has proved to be a great success, providing the opportunity for all the children attending the setting to further develop their social skills, and supports the children in the transition to Primary School. The places are booked in the school office with priority given to those wishing to book regular places.
Greenway is a well established family run pre-school with a caring and welcoming atmosphere. We are fully inclusive and open to all children, as stated in our Admission policy. Greenway is a fairly large setting in rented premises, formally a sports centre. We are spread over a large hall, long corridor and several classrooms.
The school morning will start and end with staggered times and parents/carers will be expected to keep to the given times. Thank you for your support at this extremely challenging time and we must remember that safety for all is our main concern.
Haven House is a nurse-led children's hospice for North and North East London and West Essex supporting seriously ill babies, children, and their families by providing specialist care, wherever and whenever they need it.They offer families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support.

Our Parents Teachers Association is open to all parents of enrolled children. An annual General meeting was held in October when office bearers and committee was elected for the following year. The P.T.A will be involved in raising funds which will be used to provide extra equipment and resources that the kindergarten might not otherwise be able to acquire.
