Fantastic customer service, all staff so helpful and took their time even though they where very busy. They acknowledge customers waiting. Received the item earlier than expected.

Terrible customer service - we booked an appointment on line for 11am on a Sunday morning, confirmed by EJ only to arrive at 11 to find the shutters down. We waited 10 minutes then decided they didn’t deserve our custom only to receive a voicemail soon after to say they can see we have an 11am appointment but they only open at 12 noon so come back then…..like hell we will. What a joke….how not to treat a customer. Take your business elsewhere to a place where they actually value the customer.

I used to liked this store,but will not go there anymore.There’s a new manager Sarah, who has served me in a rather rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional way.

I bought a ring on 22.07.21 I left it in the store to change the size they told me that on 13.08.21 I will be able to take it from the store (14.08.21) being the date of the proposal I called 4 times in 4 different days and today at 13 at 17 the assistant manager tells me that no one called their repair shop to see what happens to the ring (no one took the initiative to help with anything) I would not recommend this store very unprofessional very disappointed tomorrow should me my date for proposal

Purchased rings today and was extremely happy with the service we received from Nita, she made us feel very welcome, gave brilliant honest advice. She helped us in so many ways and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. No one has done that before. She was polite, happy and very attentive to all our needs. She helped us pick the most amazing rings for a very special occasion and we couldn't be more happier.
Highly recommend and can't wait to go back to purchase more jewellery.

Purchased an engagement ring for my then girlfriend now fiancée, the staff where incredibly helpful and I never felt like I was being pushed towards a sale. I have also been back more recently to look at wedding rings and received the same quality of service as before. Would totally recommend this store as the staff where both friendly and knowledgeable.

The manager claimed they couldn’t return my online order as item’s clasp was tarnished and unable to help as ‘they are separate companies’.... despite online stating I could return in store or by post.
I could not see the tarnished. The item arrived tangled, with no tissue protecting the chain.
She also said I didn’t have my insurance ‘signet’ card - although not sure why that was an issue as I had the information and the receipt they sent.
They said I would have to call customer service that was closed. She also said that it was a day late as the item was ordered in the evening

Don't buy anything here because they won't help you when there's a problem. My Rotary automatic watch never kept the right time and Lucinda wouldn't help me get this repaired. This watch wasn't a cheap watch but now it is because why wear a watch that goes faster than the real time?

Such an unfriendly staff, never felt that unwelcome in a store. I had to greet them TWICE for them to acknowledge that we're there and bother to turn their heads, and when they did, they just pointed us towards a window and offered no assistance whatsoever.
