Taxi was booked for 12:30am and arrived 15 minutes late after being pre booked at 8pm earlier that night. When we got in the car the taxi driver couldn't work out how to put our address into his Sat Nov adding an extra 10 minutes onto the wait. After driving 2 miles down the road the meter Jumped to £20! After questioning this he said he would turn of the metre but charge us £65 to get from west Mailing to Dartford. This is a ride we have done many times before and costs no more than £40! After trying to explain this and being told if we didn't pay we would have to get out ok the side of the

Very unreliable and blatant liar that is the dispatch caller. I waited for over 15mins for a taxi only the cab dispatcher to lie and say that the driver called me and knocked on my door. Definitely won’t recommend them to anybody! Can’t wait for Uber to be available in kings hill! You won’t have to deal with such dysfunctional companies.

Our driver to West Malling in a large mini bus was very courteous and a good driver, the driver on return not so good in a white 7 seater, not sure if he was just trying to get to next job quicker but had a bit of road rage with a car he thought was driving to slow, our driver was driving way to close and sounding horn at other car and we felt a little concerned for our safety.
