Last year in May (2018), I did a week of work experience at this accountancy firm. I have to say that I was put at ease by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the people working there. They were all very patient with me in helping me to get to grips with the work and also very polite and helpful when it came to dealing with clients. Not only that, but the work was carried out in an efficient, accurate and swift manner so that everything could be done quickly but thoroughly. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM - This firm is truly stuck in the dark ages. They make basic elementary mistakes in my view. Annoyingly they fail to respond in a timely manner and even close for hours at times. I received snide and rude emails that make me feel stupid...so glad I’ve just cut ties and found new accountants. SHOCKING!!!
