Never has any florist I have used in the past done as amazing as Bumblebeez. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was as I wanted and fulfilled my every wish. The staff are so friendly and attentive and really make you feel welcomed when entering the store. Will definitely be back!!

A truly heartbreaking and horrendous experience.
Bumblebeez failed to prepare funeral flowers for my sons funeral. I specifically went into the shop well in advance to discuss my order and collection. I asked whether the shop was able to provide me with what I needed and if not I would have taken my order elsewhere. It was a simple order - a… bouquet of flowers with a few Colour and logistical requirements. Firstly the order was for a baby boy and I therefore asked for a blue and white themed bouquet. Secondly it needed to be freestanding as the flowers needed to stand next to my babies

I ordered flowers for my brother's funeral in Cheltenham and they were beautiful. I had a discussion with the florist and decided on a loosely tied double end casket arrangement made up of sunflowers, snapdragons, roses, kangaroo paw, wax flowers, eucalyptus and ivy plus other foliage and white flowers. Everyone at the service commented how lovely they were. At the end mourners made up their own bouquets from the arrangement. Thank you Bumblebeez .

Flowers were for a friend 10 days ago. She is very pleased with them and has commented on how nice they still are and still have a very nice scent to them.

*UPDATE** The owner was most apologetic and tried incredibly hard to deliver a satisfactory outcome. She is kindly going to send a plant to the recipient without charge as a gesture of goodwill.
I live in Birmingham but my mother lives in Cheltenham. Today I ordered long before the cut off for same day delivery, for some flowers for my mother's birthday today. I received an email confirming they had received the order and PayPal emailed me to confirm I had authorised the payment and it would be debited from my account once the company finalises the order. Had a beautiful bouquet delivered for my birthday ordered by my son in wales. Good variety of flowers and foliage and extremely well presented. Would recommend them if you want quantity and quality.

Fantastic florist who helped supply my wedding flowers last minute after bring let down by another supplier. The flowers we received were just spectacular and far exceeded my expectations. All of my guests commented about how beautiful they were and the scent from the jasmine in my bouquet could be smelt by everyone as I walked down the aisle. This florist really made my day just magical and I can't recommend them highly enough.
