Such an amazing experience, lots of dresses in ever size, colour, style and cut you could ever imagine, plenty for me to try on which was initially a worry being a bigger girl. Everyone was so so friendly, helpful and patient and went above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful after a bad experience at another bridal this took away all anxiety. At times I felt like a princess with my own cheerleader squad thanks to all the lovely comments for the staff! Amazing! Would and will recommend to everyone!

On arriving at the premises my fiancée first impressions were ok but as time went by it went down hill rapidly when they kept on remarking on my fiancée body making her feel very anxious and depressed about her self and no one should make any one feel this way towards themselves at the end of the booking my fiancée remarked on a previous experience with a another bridal shop and they said you might as well go back to them I am truly disgusted with them as people and company no one ever should ever be made to be feel this way APPALLING !!!!!!!!!!

Amazing experience, I felt like a princess for the day. I had an experience which was very tailored for myself and was really well looked after. As a plus size bride I was really nervous and had some bad experiences already but they made me feel amazing and beautiful and I found the perfect dress! Could not fault them!

Absolutely amazing experience at this bridal boutique. such a warm and friendly welcome and put to ease straight away! they have such a gorgeous range of dresses you're almost guaranteed to find your perfect dress. I didn't feel under pressure at all and was guided through choosing the best dress for me. nothing was too much of an ask, no pressure at all, i had such an amazing day. thank you so much for helping me pick my dream wedding dress!

I would never recommend anyone goes here to buy a dress. My sister was treated horrendously. We were told to not even look at size 16 dresses because she wouldn't fit into them. We were told her arms looked to big and this dress wouldn't hide her tummy. We had to fight to get them to even take our dress options for the bride to try on. We left feeling super deflated. The worst customer service. On leaving we were told that if we were to look else where for a dress my sister would need a size 24 minium. We went to a different dress shop today and my sister fitted in the most beautiful size 16 dress

I cannot rate this shop enough. I just bought my dream dress and the experience was second to none. The body confident women there are incredible. Their approach to making a larger girl at ease is fabulous. I felt supported and loved through the whole thing.
The range of dresses is amazing and being larger is not a compromise at all.
I couldn't believe how stunning the shop is either. A beautiful gem of a place in Minehead which is a MUST to visit. The gin bar is amazing and although I didn't want one a fun picture to celebrate at the end can happen to be posted on facebook etc. I felt spoiled
