We have main dealer experience (Kia Cars (UK) Ltd for seven years) and so have knowledge and expertise, and because we are family orientated, we appreciate that value for money is so important in today's economical climate, we therefore offer an excellent service without the prohibitive prices of being a main dealer.

Great personal service, fair price structure and they keep you informed as to what is going on no nasty.

My car was booked for brake pads in November 2021, I was assured by my company AA Driving School that it shouldn't take more than 4 hours.
I was booked in at 8.30 and i handed the keys to a beautiful young lady and she said, if all is well it should be ready by 11.30.
I explained to her that I had booked driving lessons from 12pm onwards
on my return to collect the car at 11.30am I was told that they having difficulty getting spare parts as it is New Car.
I also explained, that I have a pupil who has Driving Test next morning and i need the car.

Never used Jordan Motors but was advised to take my car to them for several issues, Karen was amazing and so polite and took time to explain everything to me. With all the different problems that had to be overcome to complete the vehicle they didn't once say they couldn't do it but always tried their best to complete all work as efficiently as possible. The old parts they removed due to them needing replacing they sent me over images of this to show me what needed doing. I used Jordan Motors based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Very professional and the first garage i've used where they actually show you the old parts and explain what the issues were without having to ask. There were some delays due to the current haulage situation making getting parts an issue, but that would have been the same anywhere, and the communication around this was exemplary. They also spotted an issue i'd raised with other garages (grinding noise on anything more than 50% lock) and hadn't been able to get a proper answer on, but actually forgot to mention to them. Prop

Had a fault with our indicator and after being turned away from other garages we tried this one as heard positive reviews before. Within 10 minutes we had been seen and our problem has (hopefully!) been resolved . Extremely helpful and didn’t make us feel like we were any bother. They are a family run business, with the customers interest at heart. They always strive to meet customers expectations of repairs and timescales using professional trained car mechanics. There have a great customer care and would recommend them for your car repair needs. My whole family use Jordan Motors, and their service is impeccable. They are friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced!
When my engine light came on, and my car started chugging like a tractor, they were very flexible in fitting my appointment in around my other commitments. They were lovely, as always, and my car was ready to collect in no time.
Would definitely recommend!

We have been using Jordan Motors for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a fantastic family run garage and Simon always explains everything they had to do showing the old parts and what needed to… be done. They now also offer a plan to spread the payments interest free which is very handy for bigger bills. Definitely recommend this garage to anyone in the Leicester area!

Went for oil change, brought 7 litres of very good engine oil Motul 8100 X-Clean LL-04 for my bmw 330d (left one litre to top up as I prefer not to overfill which is harmful for engine) and oil filter that appeared to be wrong and they informed me about it and ordered their own.
4 hours later! car was ready to collect and surprisingly they filled up with another 2 litres of their own "expensive" oil (mixed with my branded one) and did not even ask me or let me know before (I still had 1 extra litre).
Charged me £47+vat for labour, £30 for 2 litres of unipart
