Our well-established steel fabrication company employs a dedicated and highly skilled manufacturing team enabling us to manufacture an extensive range of steel, stainless steel and aluminium products for an wide range of customers. Specific emphasis is on providing our customers with individual bespoke project packages that may include Design, manufacturing and installation services.

We work closely with sub-contracted fully qualified Structural Engineers, architects, main contractors and consultants to ensure our clients specified project packages are designed, manufactured and delivered or installed to their specified standards and requirements.

Working with the latest design technology, including AutoCad and Graitec Advanced Steel, our team can provide a complete design package, from initial brief to full working drawings, 3D models and measurements to ensure your project fulfills your requirements and meets any necessary legislation.

As well as a comprehensive design, detailing and manufacturing service we also offer site installation packages, these can be specific to the needs of our customers. Packages may include the provision of Cranes, Boom & Scissor Lifts and any other specialised lifting and/or general working equipment that is required for completion of projects.

Our team were asked to manufacture an aluminium Hopper, support structure and galvanised access ladder for Portasilo Ltd. The Hopper and cone were fabricated using 5mm. We were asked to design, Manufacture and install a galvanised steel framed building for a Yorkshire Water Clean Water site in Ingbirchworth near Sheffield.

The steel frame structure included a stair tower and 4 x silo support structures. The project involved the fabrication and hot dip galvanising of 90 tonne of structural beams, columns, gratings and handrails for Frankly WTW, based in Birmingham. Due to tight time scales we supplied the structure in pre-assembled sections to reduce the overall time on the site installation.
