Naked Floors
Naked Floors makes handsome wood floors for some of the finest homes and most exclusive places of business in the British Isles. Endless hours' spent sanding and applying natural oils forged deep emotional bonds with the wood he's been working ever since he was old enough to help.

Setting up Naked Floors in 2002, he established a niche in prestige architectural projects and period restorations; jobs where the primary needs were quality and craftsmanship. One of the problems that cropped up repeatedly for us as installers was the quality of floorboards available from the major suppliers.
Services
Shipping direct to all UK and Europe destinations from our Sussex, UK workshop, where produce our wood floor produts. For authentic heritage style choose hand finished, aged, scraped and distressed Wood Flooring. Available in all colours. We supply new build commercial and residential projects, as well as restorations of buildings from the Tudor, Jacobean, Georgian and Regency, Victorian and Edwardian periods.
At Naked Floors, we offer a carefully selected range of both Hardwood Floors and Engineered wooden floors for both residential and commercial properties. In addition we have access to stocks of reclaimed Victorian softwood pine floorboards. At Naked Floors, Floor Sanding, Fitting and Restoration is our only business.
Naked Floors is a Brighton and Hove based wood flooring company offering the Supply of Oak Flooring, Floor Sanding, Wood Floor Restoration and Floor Fitting Services throughout Sussex and the South of England, including:- East and West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, and London. There's something extremely unique about our solid or engineered, real wood floors which are designed for high-end residential homes and commercial buildings.
All available in multiple widths, most of our prefinished grey oak engineered wood flooring planks are a standard 21mm thick. A solid 6mm oak wear layer on a premium 15mm Birchwood ply backing. We can make slimmer 16mm engineered oak flooring to order too. If you're looking to steer clear of the flat-packed, mass produced look and don't want to make any compromises on quality, you're in the right place.
Once laid, an unfinished wood floor needs to be treated with some kind of finish before it's ready for use. Popular finishing options include oil (typically a hard wax oil), lacquer, paint, lye (lime), or whitewash. The most common reason for choosing unfinished oak is in situations where floorboards have to be installed on an uneven substrate.

Great company to work with, professional from start to finish. We had a new floor installed in our hotel dining room. Being an older property there were some tricky issues to overcome and it was all handled very well by Naked Floors. Superb finished result. Many thanks.

We bought the Speckled Oak engineered flooring and it is stunning. I would recommend Naked Floors 100%. Great company, great can-do attitude and the after-sales support has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. I've had wooden floors before but never as lovely as this one. Thanks Team Naked, I couldn't be happier.

Nice product at a reasonable price relative to quality. Obtaining costs and subsequent paperwork and delivery were efficient.
