I've worked with Tom on a couple of website designs and redesigns and have always been impressed with him.
He is detailed and conscientious, as well as friendly and easy to talk to.
Tom also has a great eye for detail and seems to be able to draw on huge experience to solve problems in clever ways when they arise.
I could not recommend more highly.
