4 Maintenance Engineering

At 4maintenance we can design and install your conveyor belt to your own specification. Your belt can be replaced with a new one or the old one refurbished. We can provide new bearings on head and tail pulleys; a new belt with a crocodile clip for ease of idle roller; bearing replacement or just cleaning the unit down.

4maintenance can come to your work place and replace your blown lamps or install new fittings. We carry a large stock of replacement tubes, lamps and fittings. We can carry out monthly checks of all your offices and repair any faulty equipment. Where equipment is no longer cost effective we can supply most new appliances.

We can maintain your equipment however large or small. Our dedicated team of engineers can carry out daily, weekly or monthly inspection to suit your needs. We operate a 'digital pen data based maintenance system' so all your schedules can be viewed online. Our engineers can carry out on-the-spot repairs, or if required, provide a quotation for the repairs to be carried out.

4maintenance can offer a full inspection of your plumbing system, carrying out repairs or replacement of worn parts. If sewage waste pipes are blocked we can unblock them or we can arrange for the pipes to be pressure cleaned/ unblocked. In areas of hard water, pipes and ballcock valves tend to fur up causing taps, toilet cistern and water tanks to over flow, wasting water.

4maintenance can install an anti-collapsible door. We can carry out a full inspection to give you a quotation to install the door in your warehouse. The doors are designed so that they collapse if a forklift truck runs into them. The door is then reset by your own personnel so it's back in operation within a few minutes.
