The girls at Academy were really helpful and endlessly patient in selling my house which took 8 months and a sale that fell through! They were knowledgeable and professional and were on hand whenever workmen needed access. Also their charges are very competitive. I would most certainly use them again - though not necessarily the Widnes firm of solicitors who remained incommunicado for much of the process!

From start to finish we received an excellent professional approach, Abby called hours before the meeting to check it was still suitable to attend, she suggested she brought her camera with her to take photos, just in case we chose Academy to sell our property so she could market the property immediately if we decided to go with them. She had… excellent knowledge of the area and market, and was a very good communicator and kept everybody involved informed, and also suggested some solicitors which was a great help.

We had a long drawn out sale due to circumstances outside of the estate agents control and a sale falling through. Academy secured the first sale extremely quickly and kept us informed when we had to relist out property. This took slightly longer but went through in the end. All through the process, Maddison was in contact and giving us the information we needed while holding the others in the chain to account. Much cheaper than other estate agents and well worth the fee

Academy were great dealing with what was a very complex and drawn out house sale/chain. The girls in the office work far harder and faster than any other estate agents in the area and they ended up being the only agents I didn’t experience any issues with. Price wise, they are also unmatched, there’s no one else I’d be happy to recommend to sell or purchase a house through.
