We work closely with our customers and contractors to provide the best possible service and the most up-to-date practices and by doing this we have built up a reputation for our high level of professionalism and reliability. Flat Roofs Report

Flat roofs have long been thought of as difficult to maintain but for most of our flat roofing applications we use a mineral surfaced three layer High Performance Torch on Felt system which is extremely durable, easy to lay and economical.

Because the protective coating of crushed granite chippings is bedded to the surface of the felt this not only offers protections from the UV rays of the sun, it also means that there is no need to cover the roof in stone chippings which usually find their way into the gutters or are used as a toilet by the neighbourhood cats!

Tiled & Slate Roofs Report

All new tiled or slated roofs fitted by us are covered by an independent 10 Year Insurance Backed Guarantee which means that if we are forced to cease trading for any reason during the guarantee period there will still be a Guarantee covering your roof. Building Regulations Approval for a new roof should be obtained from your local Borough Council's Building Control Department.

Repairs Report

It is unusual to find a pitched roof that cannot be repaired by some means or other, be it from replacing slipped or missing slates or tiles, renewing valley linings or flashings and replacement of hip and ridge tiles. All of these are usually possible in order to give your old roof a few more years of life and depending on the type of repair carried out, we offer Guarantees of up to 10 years on our workmanship.

I used Ashmark for a gutter repair at our church in Hackney. They did an utmost professional job and I was jubilant. I dealt with Tony who administered the booking. Tony gave me a date and afterwards he contacted me that he could get me an earlier date. I accepted the revised date and the job was completed with the top notch skill and care. Gutter repairs were not efficient. When we asked to have them re done as they were leaking the man told me they weren't leaking. Not sure how he could tell when it wasn't raining & he checked them by looking up at the gutters on our 2 storey house from the ground.
