Been a customer for almost two years now, and after being messed about for four years by main dealerships, I couldn’t be happier now that I’m with Jeff whites. Everything has been so easy and pleasant from day one. They have got the friendliest staff in the showroom that are willing to go the extra mile to look after their customers, which not many… places do these days. And not only the staff you see but the mechanics are brilliant at their job too. Have had to bring the car to have little faults fixed, and they have fixed the problem both times within an hour, other garages

Good, just what I needed, no bull or pressure sales. Realistic prices and trade in.
Changed from 5 to 4 stars. Reason, not until the 1 month warranty expired that I left the car for a week and the battery went so flat that the doors wouldn't open. I am sure this would have been evident while sitting on the forecourt. Note to self, monitor batteries more closely during warranty period next time.

Absolutely awesome customer service from everyone at the dealership! everyone extremely helpful, polite and friendly. No pressure and stress free process from the sales team. Richie (younger) was very patient and dealt with us brilliantly offering honest helpful advice. Would recommend everyone to go to a genuine family business that holds its customers as important rather than chasing the commission. Nice coffee and the vehicles are top notch! Brought my Fiat Abarth 595 whilst on holiday through Sean. He wasn't pushy and was open and honest and took time to send me videos of the car. I drove 100 miles to Cardiff as a local dealer couldn't match the part ex of my car and also didn't give a damn. Paperback done through Kevin and everything was ready for me. Highly recommended and will use them in future.

Richard Morgan from Jeff White Motors made the purchasing of our new car effortless. He is a straight forward kind of guy who didn't try and sell us up or sugar coat anything, also did not pressure us in any way. A true gentleman. The service we received was impeccable. There was a slight leak from a diff seal which Richard arranged to get repaired under warranty. I certainly know where I am buying my next car from. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

QUALITY!!! Sean Townsend and the team are not the normal pushy sales they recommend when asked then leave you to look around, the cars are of highest quality and below average mileage at real prices.
We are so impressed with the level of service and quality of cars after buying a car we went back and bought another car for our daughter next day.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my new car. Sean was so helpful from start to finish, guiding us through the process of buying a car without seeing it at the garage. He sent us lots of videos, nothing was too much trouble, and I felt I could ask him any questions I had and he’d always reply quickly. Sean was super helpful. I wasn’t able to visit due to living in West Sussex, but Sean sent me photos, filmed a walk around the car so I could see it fully and answered any questions I had. It was a really easy process to purchase from Jeff White and Sean also sorted delivery for me. Would highly recommend! :)
