Richard Frayne became the first of three to successfully complete a 3-year apprenticeship course at Plymouth Art College for Print as a lithographic printer and more recently has moved into the position of Production Director. Rebecca Frayne join the business in accounts after gaining a 1st at Cardiff University in leisure tourism and business management.
We already follow a great deal of energy-reducing ecological steps and advice as a result of the ISO 14001 certificate undertaken - check our Environmental Policy Statement. The first step has been to carbon balance paper. This first month we have helped to protect 138m2 of critically threatened tropical forest - with only more to come!
QUICKPRINT is based in Exeter, working with digitally supplied artwork and a network of couriers, we could be anywhere. I recently went self employed and needed a logo for my business and some business cards. As I live locally to the shop I decided to pop in to say hello and I’m glad I did. I had fine art prints done. I was advised over the phone to what paper and went for the most expensive choice. I ordered on the phone and when I went to collect and take my prints home I wasn’t happy with them, the white wasn’t white because the paper they used is cream, they are not fit to sell and I’m a small independent artist who’s spent £100 on prints I’m unable to use. Advice regarding the paper colour was not given to me at the time of ordering and the invoice does not state cream paper. No full or partial refund offered, in fact he was quite rude insisting I should have known

I found an amazing watercolour push pin world map on Etsy but it was from an American seller. I ordered a digital copy and sent it to quick print who printed it off that same week on a foamboard. It came out beautifully, service was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
