CDS Maintenance Services currently work with a number of County & District Councils, Superstores, Retail Outlets, Sports Clubs, Restaurant Chains and National Builders to maintain the appearance of their commercial premises or public amenity. Image in the commercial and public sector is extremely important and as such CDS work closely with our customers to establish excellent working relationships and long- term repeat contracts.
Soft Wet Pour play areas can become extremely slippy in the spring and late autumn-early winter months due to damp weather conditions, air pocketed nature of the product and resulting algae and lichen growth. We can include a pre-treatment of fungicidal wash, proven to kill initial surface growth and residual dislodged spores of moss and lichen.
CDS Commercial & Domestic Services Ltd was established to meet the requirements of commercial customers, we employ site operatives who are qualified to undertake a wide spectrum of taping work and as such we have the resources to complete small single day works as well as more long term projects.

CDS particularly specialise in cleaning and maintaining children's play areas for the public and private sector. Private sports facilities, public play areas and especially County Council funded schools are investing heavily in soft wet pour play areas not only for their superior Health & Safety properties but also the fact that they lend themselves with imprinted patterns and activities to a more educational based play experience.
