I had a debt matter which had proved to be a very stressful experience, but as soon as I'd contacted and then instructed JCS, they filled me with confidence whilst remaining realistic. They were however able to achieve an outstanding result for me at a reasonable cost. I will have no hesitation in using them again if the need arises, and certainly recommend speaking to them with any Consumer Credit issues.

Have had a few cases using Joanna Connolly, and every time they perform outstandingly. You may not realise it, but many debts are unenforceable due to dodgy & illegal practices employed in the industry.
Joanna & her team are specialists in this area, and if there's any chance of you winning your case (which there probably is), go to them in the first instance.

Excellent firm, highly recommended. My legal issues with a predatory debt purchasing firm were resolved, with a perfect outcome, 6 weeks from receiving a court claim through the door.
If it hadn't been for the expertise of the team at JCS, I would no doubt be looking at a stain on my credit rating in the form of a CCJ, reduced employment prospects, and years of financial misery to come.
These companies feed off of the vulnerable, so do yourself a favour and fight back.
