I’ve been coming here with my partner for couples massages and we both love this place. Today I decided to have a treatment alone and had the pleasure of a 90 minute body scrub and massage with Liz who has absolutely magic hands. Highly recommend. Overall the staff are accommodating and welcoming and the rooms so far have been clean and the temperature perfect contrary to some reviews below. A hidden gem in Cockfosters.

The Massage started off poorly when we discovered the temperature in the room was cold. We complained and the only thing they could do was put a towel on us. For a couples massage typically the beds are next to each other, however, these were lengthwise so you’re not actually next to your partner. I have been getting regular monthly massage's for over 20 years now. Tried this as I am always looking for a good quality regular massage premises, however having paid slightly more than usual, I expected better ambience, too noisy with exterior noise coming from the reception area and the loud toilet flush, also the premises didn't seem as clean and fresh as I would expect, maybe will visit again but unlikely anytime soon

Booked a 1.5hr hot stone massage with Nena, she is absolutely fantastic. She attended to my hamstring injury and made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole massage. My whole body feels great and im definitely coming back 👍

What a great experience. Was recommended this massage parlour by a regular who said it was a great massage and very relaxing. He was not wrong! I am also now a regular. I had Cook and she was fab!
