Over time, we've gradually moved towards working with larger firms, and now increasingly focus on serving clients with 50 users or more, including larger corporates.We also specialise in partnering with fast-growing start-ups. We worked with Lumina on a GDPR Audit. Richard was knowledgeable and professional throughout, and did the best he could to bring a dry topic to life through lots of real life examples and analogies. We were so impressed with the service Lumina provided and the value we got from partnering with them on this project - we couldn't recommend them enough.

I used to work here, Richard and his wife are egomaniacs who don’t give their staff a second thought. If you don’t believe me check out the team page. On the technical side they have more or less 1 person per line.
Work life balance is non existent, working from 9-6 with no flexible working. If you need time out you have to make it up or take holiday, even for funerals!
Since 2017 they have had:
2 Service Delivery Managers
2 Service Desk Managers
2 Professional Services Managers
All of which are no longer with the firm and that is before you take into account the endless turnover in their
